We work alongside leadership, internal teams, and external partners to align priorities, manage complexity, and bring every element together with intention. Our role is to make the work behind the event feel considered, coordinated, and controlled.

ENGAGEMENTS

The right level of involvement.

AKOMA can support a defined portion of your event or lead the planning and coordination from beginning to end. Each engagement is tailored to the event's objectives, complexity, timeline, and operational requirements.

For larger engagements, appropriate on-site support and additional personnel can be incorporated into a custom proposal.

Pricing is provided by proposal. Scope, responsibilities, staffing, deadlines, travel, and third-party expenses are agreed upon before work begins.

An event should reflect the priorities of the organization behind it, not the complexity required to deliver it.
